This Privacy Statement describes our practices for applications distributed through the Apple App Store and for any other applications, products, or software that B Studios LLC makes and distributes.

Our Commitment
B Studios LLC does not collect any data on anyone. We do not collect, receive, store, process, use, share, sell, or otherwise obtain any information about users, customers, or people in general in connection with our products and applications.

This commitment applies to every application we offer through the Apple App Store and to every other application or product we make and distribute, regardless of platform.

Scope
This Privacy Statement applies to:

• Applications distributed through the Apple App Store.

• Any other applications made and distributed by B Studios LLC, on any platform.

• Related products and software offered by B Studios LLC.

It applies to all users of those products, whether or not they have made a purchase, created an account, or had any other contact with B Studios LLC.

Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal information or any other information about people who use our products. In particular, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, or other contact information.

• Account credentials, user profiles, or identifiers we assign.

• Precise or coarse location data.

• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses collected by us, or similar technical identifiers used to identify a person or device.

• Usage data, analytics, diagnostics collected by us, crash reports collected by us, or behavioral data.

• Payment card numbers or other payment information. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or another platform store are processed by that platform, not by B Studios LLC.

• Photos, contacts, health data, or any other content from a user’s device.

• Any other information about users, customers, or members of the public.

Our applications do not include tracking technologies, analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party data collection tools operated for the purpose of collecting information about you.

No Sharing or Sale
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose information about users because we do not collect it. B Studios LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Platform Providers
When you download, update, or purchase an application through the Apple App Store or another distribution platform, that platform may collect information under its own terms and privacy policy. Those practices are controlled by the platform provider, not by B Studios LLC. We do not receive personal information about you from those transactions for our own use.

Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from any person. Our applications are not designed to collect information from children or from anyone else.

Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal information through our products and applications, we do not retain personal information about users of those products and applications.

Your Privacy Rights
Because B Studios LLC does not collect personal information about users of our products and applications, we do not hold personal information to access, correct, delete, or export. If you contact us, we will use the information you choose to send only to respond to that inquiry, and we will not add it to any user profile or marketing list.

Security
We do not maintain databases of user or customer information collected through our applications. We design our products so that they function without collecting information about the people who use them.

Changes to This Statement
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Statement and revise the effective date above. The current version will be made available with our products and on our website.
